Wall Rainbow Exercise
Step by Step Guide
To do the wall rainbow mobility exercise, we’re going to start against the wall so that our foot, knee, hip, shoulder and hand are against the wall.
I’m going to start by staring at the hand. I’m going to stay up nice and tall with my torso so that my hip is nice and tall. Stare at this hand, I’m just going to follow it on the wall, all the way across, and all the way back. The whole time, I’m staring at the hand.
