Floor Rainbow Exercise
Step by Step Guide
To do the floor rainbow mobility exercise, we start in that T-spine position that we were before. Instead, I’m going to take the bottom hand, I’m going to hold my knees now, my top hand still in front of me. I’m going to stare at the top hand again. I’m going to make a rainbow on the floor, so I’m going to follow his hand all the way against the floor. Once I get over my head, I’m going to flip my palm so that the palm is now on the back of my palms against the floor. Stare at the hand, keep my knees together as far as I can towards my side. And then I come all the way back, tracing the floor, over my head, I’m going to flip again, and then come all the way back to start.
