T Spine Rotation Exercise
Step by Step Guide
To do the T-spine rotation mobility exercise, we’re going to start sideline so that my knees are up towards my chest in fetal position, my arms are parallel to my knees. Hands are together like an alligator. I’m going to stare at the top hand with my eyes. I never leave that hand. My bottom hand stays on the floor. I’m going to follow my top hand all the way across my body. My knees stay together all the way down to the floor, all the way back. So I’m looking for the hand to stay with my eyes and then my knees never leave the floor. Go all the way across and all the way back.
