Standing Hamstring Stretch

A Step by Step Guide for the 90/90 Stretch

Standing Hamstring Stretch Video Transcript

To perform a standing hamstring stretch, I’m going to bring one leg out in front of me, my knees straight, and I’m going to push my hips back and reach for my foot as I keep my torso nice and neutral. So I don’t want to run my back to get there, keep my torso nice and neutral as I’m leaning towards my foot.
