To do the crossover stretch, we’re going to lay on our backs, on the floor. I’m going to bring one knee up at a 90-degree angle. My opposite hand goes on the outside of my knee. The other arm goes out on the floor. I’m going to rotate or cross over this knee as I leave my upper body on the floor.
