Flagpole Stretch Video Transcript
To perform a flagpole stretch, we’re going to be parallel inside of a doorframe. The arm closest to the doorframe is going to be underhand. The arm far away from the doorframe is going to be over my body. I’m going to take my leg and put it inside of the leg closest to the doorframe. And then with my inside hand, I’m going to push my hip away from my body.
