To do a seated hamstring stretch. We’re going to be on the floor again. One leg is going to be straight out, one leg is going to be in a 45 degree angle. I’m going to try to bring my torso towards this knee, so I don’t want to round my torso or reach for my toe. I want to just try to bring my torso to my knee, and I can use my foot to help with that stretch.
