Posterior Delt Stretch

Step by Step Guide

Video Transcript

To perform a posterior delt stretch, once again, I’m going to stand in a door frame. I’m going to reach my arm across my body, so I’m holding the door frame. I’m going to keep my elbow straight, not bent. I’m going to get some tension on that arm, so if I have to scoot out a couple steps, that’s okay, and I’m going to let my body sink into that stretch as I’m pushing my body away from my hand.
