To perform the gunslinger stretch, you’re going to start with a little pistol. I’m going to put it underhand on my hip. I have this little chicken wing here. I’m going to stand into a door frame, or I have a squat rack here. I’m going to stand parallel in the door frame. I’m going to keep my elbow against that door doorframe as I lean my body backwards, so I’m opening up that hinge.
