90/90 Stretch

A Step by Step Guide for the 90/90 Stretch

90/90 Stretch Video Transcript

To perform the 90/90 stretch, we’re going to be in two 90-degree angles, so my front leg is going to be 90 degrees, my back leg is going to be 90 degrees. I’m going to square up my chest over the front knee, I’m going to lean over that knee, try to bring my chest towards the knee… Whatever comfortable position you can get to. If you can, you’re going to drop your elbows to the floor to accentuate the stretch.

If you continue to experience pain after consistently self-massaging and stretching, chances are you need a soft tissue specialist to get in there in a way that you just can’t do on your own. Soft tissue specialists in our area, you can find them at www.activerelease.com. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our office or message us on Instagram or Facebook.
