Now I’ll do a drag and roll stretch. I’m going to use a wall for this. I’m going to face the wall, put my arm up parallel to the floor, so my chest is on the wall, my arm is on the wall. I keep it there as I rotate my body away from the stretch. So I’m staying up nice and square, nice and tall towards the ceiling, not bending over here. I’m always nice and tall, keeping my arm and my elbow against the wall as I rotate.
