Beach Pose Stretch
Step by Step Guide
To do a beach pose stretch, we’re going to start on the ground with our legs out. I’m going to take both of my hands and put them behind my body. I’m trying to get them as far as away from my body as I can and as close together as I can, so I’m reaching as far as I can, apart from my body and as close as I can together. Once they get to that end range, I’m going to squeeze my should blades together, try to get my chest towards the ceiling or the sun, like you’re at the beach, and push your chest through your shoulders.
