Starting to perform a banded chest stretch, I’m going to first start with a band. I’m going to put my hand underneath the band and then inside the band and hold it so I have a little cradle. I’m going to rotate my body away from that band, open up my hand like I’m a waiter carrying soup, and then I’m going to step forward and get some tension on the band.

I think that’s good.
