However, the cancellation policy still applies to each and every patient who schedules online just as it would if you scheduled in person. If you do not believe you can make your appointment time after scheduling online, please contact us no later than 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel your appointment prior to 24 hours, you will not be charged the cancellation fee. In addition, if you made a scheduling error when scheduling your appointment please contact our office by phone immediately so that we can get you scheduled for your desired practitioner at your desired time.
