Cancellation Policy:

On November 14, 2016, we implemented a new cancellation policy in our office. Due to too many last-minute cancellations, we are strictly enforcing a 24-hour call ahead to cancel your appointment. If you cannot reach you on our office line, please be sure to leave a message and we will honor your 24-hour call ahead. Failure to call 24 hours before your appointment will lead to an automatic $35 charge for that missed appointment. We appreciate your understanding of this new policy.
