S.P.O.R.T. Support Program

As we get ready to begin our 15th year of serving our community, we have been thinking of many different ways that we can help the communities in our area. As a result, we have decided to help by giving back to the student-athletes and their programs. Being student-athletes themselves, Dr. McBrearty and his staff were able to see how members of the community contributed by providing equipment and assisting in improving the facilities where they trained. It’s with this spirit in mind that we are starting our “Supporting Players On the Road to Triumph” Program or “S.P.O.R.T.” Support! With this program, $25 of the charges of the enrollment visit of a new patient that is a student-athlete will be donated directly to the athletic program of the school or university where they participate to be used for equipment or improvement of their facilities. It is our hope that we are able to make a difference for those communities who have made such an impact in our lives.

Thank you for all of your support! We are looking forward to seeing how much we are able to support all of you in the years to come!
