Cara was born in Alliance, Ohio. She graduated from Minerva High School in 2013. She attended Ashland University where she received her Bachelor’s of Science in Athletic Training and now practices as a Certified Athletic Trainer. During her time at Ashland, she played Softball and Rugby and was a member of Theta Phi Alpha sorority. She became interested in rehabilitation after suffering injuries during her athletic career. She soon learned that she wanted to help improve the quality of life of individuals who are suffering from both acute and chronic injuries.
She discovered McBrearty Chiropractic after being recommended by a friend in 2017 shortly after graduating from college. After working as a rehabilitation specialist here at the clinic her love and passion for injury rehabilitation has only continued to grow. Working here has allowed her to work with patients from all walks of life, from athletes to weekend warriors, and everything in between. She is now in the process of continuing her education in rehabilitation by working toward earning her master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
Cara currently resides in Canfield Ohio with her partner Marley and 2 cats, Theodore and Gideon. When she is not working you can find her exploring new places, going to concerts, spending time with her family, or watching her favorite sports teams
